  2. Vortex VST2 Pro 690 4P 1900 / 2100 / 2500KV

With the Vortex VST2 Pro sensor brushless motors for 1/8 scale cars Team Orion introduces a completely new motor design using the experience from the US national champion motor MR8. The VST2 Pro features a convenient dual sensor port system which allows the motor to be installed in your car in the best possible way. The empty port can be used to easily program your ESC through the motor. A protection cap for the second port is included.

In 1/8 off-road racing robustness is incredibly important. For the VST2 Pro motor we use an extremely robust and massive aluminum case in combination with high quality screws. We also improved the cooling with a new ventilation concept.

With the 4 pole technology the brand new VST2 Pro are as smooth and powerful

  3. Reportage de Kevin Lee : Stotfold BRCA 1/10th National 2wd

2wd practice started a little damp from the overnight dew, but the forecast
was dry for the day so it was just a matter of getting some track time in
with the Ultima RB6 in the first practice. In the second practice it had
dried completely and I was not happy with the feel of my car as it was very
edgy on the high grip choppy surface. I was running Ballistic Buggy white
rear and Schumacher low profile staggers up front. My car felt very fast but
it didn't feel like I would be able to hang on to it for the duration of a
run, so I needed to calm it down. I opted to increase the weight under the
Team Orion shorty Lipo to 80g and also changed front tyres to some scrubbed
staggers rather than the new ones used previously.

My car felt loads better in the first qualifier and was able to get a pretty
clean run, taking second place just behind Danny Mcgee, and in front of
Lloyd Story. Lloyd, Danny and myself were actually only split

Here is a race report from David Ronnefalk about the Swedish Nats :

Semifinal went well! Everything was going good with 6 Kyoshos in the A-Main! First 15-20 minutes was going really good with Christoffer and I racing for the lead and Linus Thern in 3rd. As tge track was super high bite all three were on Impact mediums.. About 25 minutes in it started to rain a lot, mediums wasn't working at all by then of course... We decided to make a tire change as all other made except Linus who was gambling! Christoffer went in first and changed and a lap after I went in to change as well. Unfortunately my wheel hex in the rear had taken some beating and the

Kevin Lee report Stotfold BRCA 1/10th National 2wd

Report from Stotfold BRCA 1/10th National 2wd

Stotfold is a full Astro-turf track and very high grip when dry. It has
various features which allow for a wide range of track layouts. Saturday
layout for the 2wd National was something new from the Stotfold team and
seemed to be something that was popular with the racers. The track and
pitting area were well prepared and it was easy to see the efforts made by
    the club.
